Age restrictions :

We will not sell wine or spirits to anyone who isn't 18 years old or over. When placing your order you are confirming that you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying wine or spirits as a gift - the recipient must also be over 18 years old.

 Ordering On-line 

 Step 1: Finding your wine or spirit

There are numerous methods for finding the wine you want and the guide below explains how best to use the website to get what you want. Keyword search:  The most straightforward way of finding products using our website is to use the keyword search box at the top left of the website. Simply type a word or words into the keywords box and click search! For example typing "tequila" will find all the tequila currently on the website. For a more accurate search try using the name of a wine you want to find for example typing "veuve clicquot" will find all the wines with the required text in the name.

 Step 2: Ordering your product

Once the search has found the product you are looking for you can add it to your shopping cart by selecting the quantity you require and clicking the add button. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the icon at the top of every page. The shopping cart will show you all of your purchases and the prices and offers/discounts associated with them. There is no minimum order quantity so you can order anything from a single bottle upwards.

 Step 3: Registering your details

What information do we collect when you register and how do we use it?

Once you have added all the wines or spirits you require to your shopping cart you can then go to the checkout by clicking on the checkout button. At this stage you will bi asked to register your details (delivery address, contact name, telephone number, invoicing details (upon request), etc. or login if you are an existing member.When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address. This allows us to process your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. We also ask for a daytime landline telephone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order. If there is a delivery problem we sometimes give the number to our carriers so they can contact you to arrange delivery.

We will not pass your details to any third party without your permission.

We may also use the information we collect to send you or e-mail you special offers, changes to the website and other valuable information. If you do not wish to receive our e-mail promotions please uncheck the e-mail box in your account area, or use the unsubscribe link on any marketing e-mail you receive.

New Customers:  For new customers you will be required to register your details for both payment and delivery. You can register more than 1 address to your account if you need to send products to other addresses. Please note that we only keep your address on file and that your credit card details are not retained

 Step 4: Delivery Terms

 For the city of Sofia delivers the wine or spirits and presents you have chosen by own transport. Deliveries in Sofia are performed by our company within one working day. If the order is placed before noon, it will be delivered to you on the same day.

The delivery costs for orders below BGL 100 are BGL 5. Deliveries of orders with value above BGL 100 are free of charge .

 Deliveries to all other destinations in Bulgaria

They are performed by courier companies. The delivery term depends on the location where for bigger cities it is between 24-36 hrs. The customer covers the delivery costs which also vary according to the specific location within the country. When payment is made by bank transfer, the order is processed when we receive the money in our bank account.

For deliveries outside the country uses the services of courier companies which make deliveries within working hours – from 9.00 to 18.00 weekdays and from 9.00 to 14.00 Saturdays.The delivery price is not included in the price of your order.

Step 1: Finding your product

You can find your product using any of the methods above or you can contact one of our sales team who will be happy to help you find the wine or spirit you are looking for or even suggest some wines worth trying if you aren't sure exactly what you want.

 Step 2: Ordering

To order  by phone you can give the salesperson either the product code or the name of the wine or spirit. They will then give you a price which includes delivery and ask you for your payment and delivery details.

Step 5: Payment

 1. In cash

Customers based in Sofia pay the value of their order(s) in cash to one of our company employees against a receipt.

 2. When the order is delivered by courier, payment is made on the spot. Courier services are not included.

 3 .Bank transfer

Transfer of the due amount to our bank account. The bank details, i.e. bank name, branch, account number, etc. appear automatically when you choose this way of payment.

  4. Another variant of this service is when payment is made by debit card through the E-pay system for secure on-line payment - (This service is currently unavailable.) - and the courier makes the delivery to the address appointed by you. team have no access to and no information about your credit card or any other personal data which remain highly protected.

 An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirming that we have received your order. If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted by telephone to confrim any details.
